Any advice rendered that has legal implications should be reviewed by a licensed, competent attorney. Should BulletProof Business Plans, its agents or analysts advise the client to execute, compile, or assemble a legal document for the clients benefit,
it is up to the client to weigh the cost benefit of consulting legal counsel.

B. BulletProof Business Plans does not offer CPA services, nor are they independent with regard to the client. Any documents produced should not be presented to third parties as if they were prepared by an independent party. Rather, any documents produced should be presented as if prepared by the client, as BulletProof Business Plans will make every effort to accomplish the goals of the client, with no responsibility for contractual obligations to third parties, beneficiary or otherwise.
